I recently tried to deactivate my account and when i look at the top it will say don't go these people will miss you! I was wondering are these the people that are stalking your page, because i did that once and i saw several people that i don't even talk to or look at their timeline, though once in a while these randoms will start a conversation with me out of the blue! So does it work? deactivating your account and looking a the people who will miss you and then just keep doing it the same people come up, it's strange! I don't know what you guys think about it?

There is no way for you to check that. Unless you see them do it yourself, there is really no other way by simple means to do it.
Just deactivate your account, those people you see are just random people from your friends list. It doesn't matter.

If you keep deactivating and it's always mostly the same people then you might be onto something!
