There is a limit. You can't change Fan page username after your page has reached x number of fans.
I guess it's 200 or something. I'm not sure!

Once your Page Reach's a Certain Number of Fans you Can Not Change it Again
If its a Personal Profile you Can Only Change it Once

yes, you cant change it after it reached about 200 fans
you must think about it at starting

Because you exceed the limit. You can change your username once in Facebook
