My account has been banned for no reason and i use my account all the time. Making a new one is too much hassle,please can someone tell me how i can contact facebook and if ill ever get my account back? it said im ''ineligible'' to use it? i don't understand that? btw im 14 so im not under aged

Maybe you have given them reason to suppose you are under 14 ?
Or maybe someone has told them you are under 14 ?

Its most likely (according to me) that someone hacked your account or someone has reported your account or many posts.

you get banned if you create more than one account... did you create more than one account?
