Click the lock icon next to the cog in the top right. Click on how do i stop someone from bothering me. Go to block list< unblock..

Go to your Block List Find your Friend Than Click Unblock than Go To The Profile and Send a Friend Request

Go to your blocking page and unblock him

just go to account settings where you will find blocking option and now unblock them
