I give my exs my Facebook password we were together when I give it to him,we just broke up and he Changed it and I don't know my password to my email to change it is there anyway I could get the cops to get him to tell me it?? Please help!!

Try using all the options Facebook provides to get access back to your account first. Check this link to FBs help page detailing the various options you have about your login and passwords..
