I know that I can hide the PAGES that I like on Facebook. But is there a way to hide from others when I click 'Like' on someone's status or a funny pic that someone shared? Thanks!

Sorry but i dont think there is. When you click like on something it shows on everyones news feed except your own saying that you liked something. I dont know why it wont show up on our own page :/
