Well i have a twitter account about Russell Howard, and i want to make a facebook page where you can add friend and like, is it possible to do that? But i dont want to use my facebook account to make the page! I want a diferent account with that not mine Please help me if you understand thank you

I don't think you need to use an account to create a page,
go to facebook home page and right below the sign up button there is an option to create a page.

log out of your facebook and click sign up, and just create another account. or you can click add page in your facebook account, but people wont be able to add friend on your page, only like it and follow it.

Thats Not Possible First off Adding as a Friend and Likes are 2 Separate Things Add as a Friend is For Personal Accounts On Pages you Cant Add People as a Friend They have to Go to the Page and Like it And you Have to Use your Facebook Account to Make it
