Just post unique comments on the pics in the pop pages, this leads to people visiting your profile and maybe following you.

Join ig-popular. It's a free service where you earn credits by liking/commenting on photos and following others, and you can then use that credit to acquire likes/comments/followers of your own. It's very reliable!

- Use tags - look up the most popular tags on Instagram and use those.
- Ask people for shoutouts.
- Comment on popular pictures
- Post pictures that people will like - do they really want to see pictures of everything you eat (that Happy Meal, those pretzels?)
- DO not post too much - best not to post more than three times a day. If I see someone spamming (posting a whole bunch) I usually unfollow them.
