Facebook don't even receive phone call from customers.

You can't....and it's reasonable.
I don't know your case but think of it like this....if anyone had the ability to talk even with a simple live support , Facebook would need to hire millions of support stuff...
So you can only look for answer in Facebook Help and forums.
