I just updated my Instagram app, and I wanted to post a video (since video is now on Android.) I didn't know how I was going to do it without a front camera but then I saw a "switch to front camera" icon. Being the curious person I am, I tapped it even though I already know I don't have a front camera. Now it says, "Cannot connect to camera" every time I try to post something and I can't even switch back.
The only thing clickable is the OK button which just brings me back to where I was before I felt like posting something. What should I do?

I was experiencing this same exact problem. You have to clear Instgram's data and cache. Follow these steps:
1. Go to your settings
2. Press "Apps" (Depending on the phone you have, you might see "Applications." If so, press that and then press "Manage Applications.")
3. All your downloaded apps will show first. Press Instagram.
4. Press "clear data" and then press "clear cache"
This should hopefully fix your problem.
