my profile is set to public and i blocked this person on instagram and I want to know if that blocked person can still see all my pictures? I know that person won't be able to follow me but knowing the fact that my profile is public, I don't want that person to see my pictures even if it's set to public. Thanks!

"When you block a user, the blocked user cannot view your photos or search for your Instagram account. The blocked user is not notified when they are blocked."

No they cannot because you have blocked them from anything to do with them
