Like, whenever I go to tag someone, I have to find out their EXACT Instagram name. For example, when I go to type in "@blahblahblah", it doesn't show like a list where I can just directly tag them without typing the whole and exact name. How can I fix this?

It will only show a list of the people you're following, otherwise you'll have to type in the name.
