Maybe if you get a court order, to force facebook to give up the information. Otherwise NO.

No, to find a IP address you have to use an educated skill in which you earned to learn.
You can't find a IP address through a deleted account. And also what ever computer that the account is connected from at the time is the IP address that you will scan. Even if it is not the origins of the IP address that was connected when the facebook account was created.
You can look up whatever however to find a IP address, if you are not interested in the subject you will never learn how to properly find a IP address. It takes commitment of knowledge.

the police can still get the past records from facebook even if the account has been deleted, if the case is serious enough
