Whenever I talk with my friend I Have to keep refreshing to see if she sent me a message,otherwise it won't show it.It happens to her too. what should I do?

It is a temporary problem caused by a slow net connection.
It usually happens that you are chatting with your friend and you have to refresh every time to check their recent messages even though you are active from a laptop/pc.
If you have a Wifi. Turn it off and then wait for 5 minutes and then turn it on. It will help.
