Twitter has an ip address, but it belongs to them, and not to you.
As far as I know, you don't have a twitter ip address for your twitter account.
Because twitter does not give ip addresses.

Your Twitter account does not have its "own" IP address , to find out your computers' ip address go to: http://www.whatsmyip.com
EDIT: Twitters' IP address is: 199.59.149.230 , It is their websites' IP address
