I get the "You have been blocked from following this account at the request of the user." Does this mean I'm actually blocked or that her account is protected? I can't imagine I'd actually be blocked because I just met the girl.
Never mind guys, got on my old twitter account and tried to follow her. It worked. :3

It Means you Are Blocked If There Account is Protected it Would Not Say that Message you Would Have to Request to Follow Them
