And no he's only following me,I wish he will DM me,lol. All you have to do is just continue to ask him when he's on,SPAM,don't worry about losing followers because you are spamming,forget about them just focus on getting that DM from him,and besides everyone SPAMS him,all you have to do is say @justinbieber please DM me,do it alot of times,I know he hasn't sent me a DM before but I know that's what you have to do if you really want one!!!
