I have received a facebook friend request on my phone but when I go onto the website the friend request isn't there I haven't accepted or declined it yet. It might be because the notification is cleared but when I go on that person's profile it doesn't say 'respond to friend request'

You probably clicked it on your phone so its no longer a notification when you go to the website.
