What do you mean by "Facebook ID", that numbers? or just their URL?
We can easily get the ID from URL using a certain domain, which might known to everybody; more easy is to get the FB-email from someone's URL.
To get someone's URL, after you open their Timeline, copy the URL ie the address in the internet, it looks like https://www.facebook.com/username.
So their FB-email address is
username@facebook.com.
