Which laptop is better? - Bob - 10-13-2012 08:48 PM Hello, so within my budget of $700-$750, I found these two HP laptops. ENVY 14.5" Beats Edition http://www.bestbuy.com/site/HP+-+14.5%26%2334%3B+ENVY+Laptop+-+8GB+Memory+-+750GB+Hard+Drive+-+Black/5759136.p?id=1218691610874&skuId=5759136 Pavilion 15.6" http://www.bestbuy.com/site/HP+-+15.6%26%2334%3B+Pavilion+Laptop+-+8GB+Memory+-+750GB+Hard+Drive+-+Natural+Silver/5608295.p?id=1218672046425&skuId=5608295#tabbed-customerreviews I find that the Pavilion is lighter, but has a worse video card than the ENVY, which is a little heavier but has a better video card/look. However, I hear that the ENVY's battery life is not up to par compared to the machine overall. I was wondering, as a new college student who enjoys music, social media websites, streaming videos, occasional gaming and movies, and most importantly, work, which laptop would be the best? I will give best answer to the most useful comment. - Oliverr ♛™ - 10-13-2012 08:56 PM Pavilion - Pavel - 10-13-2012 08:56 PM guy, i'm already answer on your question. buy HP spectre - it is awesome laptop, why you don't like it? here's review: http://ultrabooksreview.com/reviews/hp-envy-14-spectre-ultrabook-review-elite-laptop-with-glass-panels/ - Joshua - 10-13-2012 08:56 PM The Pavilion - Larger Screen for better movie viewing, the battery, RAM & CPU are fit for low-medium level gaming. When it comes to work, listening to music & social networking sites/surfing the web, they'll both do the job nicely. The pavilion has much better battery life. Overall, they'll both do they job fine, but the Pavilion has the edge just a tad |
