So here's the thing.
My Sidebar on Facebook seems to be dissapeared.
I'm not talking about the chat/activity bar on the right side, but this one:

I can only see the Favourites, but the rest like 'Apps' seem to be gone.
How can I Undo whatever I have done, to get this back?

It's just Facebook glitch, you just have to wait for FB to resolve it, nothing else you can do.
