You cant, that's the point of blocking.

.. if someone else blocked YOU.. then you can't unblock yourself..
and you can't unblock the other person either.. its only if the person in question unblocks you.
so again. if you block somebody, then that means you don't want that person to be able to see your facebook. AND you can't see their stuff, they won't show up in chat, in your search bar etc.
if you unblock the person then you both can see each other again. the other person can't unblock themselves to make you be able to see them.

You cant if they have blocked you you can no longer reach their profile unless they unblock you so you cant do anything about that im sorry

You Cant If they Blocked you You Can Not Visit there Profile or Even Find them On Facebook they would Have to Unblock you In Order for you to Be Able to Visit There Facebook Again

Sorry there is nothing you can do about it, the person that blocked you is the only person that can unblock you.
