You have to log out, then log in, and tick "forgot password", but before you do that you'd better make sure you remember your password to open the email, and the email is not deleted yet.

And if I were you, I'll download my FB data first➤ Go to Account Setting ➤ General Settings ➤ at the bottom you'll see "Down a copy of your FB data", click it ➤ Follow through...
