I logged into some other accounts and it works perfectly fine to send messages and view them, but on mine (even though everything else works fine) it won't stop loading my inbox!!!! Even after waiting 20 minutes!!! I really really need to see some information in a message someone sent me a while ago, and it's REALLY irritating that it won't load on only my account!!!

You can click on "Other" folder and then Click "Edit Preferences". Then you can select "Basic Filtering". Once you reply a message of "Other" folder then it appears inbox later. Or you can open a message from "other" folder and then "Move to inbox" from "Action" button on upper right corner.
