I would suggest customising your profile, adding a background, profile picture and then updating your bio too. Oh and don't beg for followers, period. Also, forget about and do not get involved with anything even related or similar to "team follow back", "follow for follow" or anything like that, since in my honest fair opinion, think it will just fill your twitter timeline with spam, promos and nothing of your interests, period.
