What's the point of "hide comments" on facebook? - Dovahkiin88 - 12-15-2013 10:45 PM

I created a post on a facebook page which was followed by a bit of mockery. I chose to "hide" those mean comments, but I don't understand the point of it.

Are those comments "hidden" to everyone else, or does facebook merely hide those comments from me (so that I'm bothered less)?

Is "hiding" the same as deleting comments?

I think its so no one can see the other comments for what ever reason the owner chose to hide them

to Hide a Comment Its to Hide it So you Wont have to Look at it Anymore to Get Rid of it Completely you have To Go And Delete the Comment Unless Its Someone Elses Posts Than They Have to Do It
