Okay I was commenting on a photo saying great picture, I see you paid attention. And they reply is that a slam? What does that mean???

A slam is an insult. Respond to that question with a statement expounding on your previous comment. Like if you said "Great Picture" and then you are asked, "Is that a slam?" You would answer with something like, "No! No slam at all. I really like the pic. It's fantastic."
