well To Promote Something you cant Do It For Free
But if your Looking For Likes Use the Build Audience Tool Invite Friends to the Page
Ask your Friends To Share the Page And Ask Them if They Can Ask There Friends to Share it
Post on Other Groups and Pages ask To Like your Page on Facebook
Post Good and Interesting Things and Engage with People that Like your Page
