I think you need to increase you RAM. It usually happens when you do not have ample lot of virtual memory to support high end programs like Facebook. If you RAM is fine then you need to check viruses with your latest updated antivirus.

Probably your ram too small. Try not to open many tabs/applications.
Try too with download new browsers from their website. Then restart your pc/laptop.
