I've been trying to change my twitter background but everytime I try to save changes it ends up being the same background as before...Am I doing something wrong?
Or can someone atleast give me some websites that will work?

If your picture is within twitter-rules, try to Re-Login or close the browser, that might help. Or just delete your browser cache.

To change your twitter background, login your twitter account. Thereafter, go to profile settings and select design option. You will find a 'custom your own' section where have options to change background.
