Turn off the lights in the room while browsing your Facebook profile. Look around now and again to be sure the friend isn't lurking in the shadows.

First open your facebook account and then open the photos of your profile select the profile pictures then in the right corner you will see a gear symbol click on that and set it to privacy that's it no body can open your profile.

Add them to restricted list, then they can see only your public posts and updates
