Maybe. You can change your name only if you have a business name change or if it is very close to what you want to change to. For example: if your page is currently called ABC Plumbing and Heating and you want to change it to ABC Plumbing, then no problem. Or if you named your page after your name and now want it to be your business or had a business name change, then you can do it.
Under the Page Info, there is Name and Page Address. What I'm referring to above has to do with Name. The Page Address, which is the vanity URL, usually cannot be changed. However, you could create a new page with the correct vanity URL and then Merge the two pages. It will keep the one with fewer likes and then merge the likes with the new Page.
