Okay, so my mum posted a picture about 4 years ago and tagged me in it. That picture is really important. My mum deactivated her account and made a new one. She has forgotten her old password. Now that photo is no longer in my album either, is there anyway I can get that picture back without activating her old account? Thank you

Not sure. But I too deactivated my account and made a new one.
She can still try and log in to deactivated account with email and they can send password I believe. And reactivate it.

No you cant get that photo without activating her account again. Once the account is deactivated all data's related to that account are closed and you can see anything on their profile. Try to reset password to access that photo again. Golden Memories are valuable
