So I admin this Facebook page and the owner deleted her multiple Facebooks associated with that page. I was wondering if there was any way I could switch me or someone elses position as a admin to a owner?

nope, only an owner can do that - the page has been orphaned
and chances are she didnt delete her multiple accounts, they were probably all suspended by facebook because she was breaking the rules by having multiple accounts in the first place
