You don't. He's small and meaningless. Report him to Facebook.

Hacking is probably IMPOSSIBLE in facebook... He might know your password... You can't hack his profile back... so change your password

He can only hack your profile if he has your password, or knows your security questions. I'd suggest you change both, and keep them secret. Giving nonsense answers to security questions is a good way to keep them secure.
