I want to post privately on the group, I don't want it to show on my wall. I don't own the group but I just don't want my friends seeing the post.

well if you dont own the group then you dont have the rights to post anything private in that group... only if you manage the group u have all those rights to do so...
best way is to create a fake account and get ur message across indirectly.

Delete the Notifcation or Block Group Recent Activity Notifcations Thats The Only Way to Do It
