Ask the help of mutual friends, better if side by side, that friend & you try to find out who is that using his account to try to guess who is that in the picture.

Try some other search engine to such as Yahoo, Bing. There many image related website search it there flickr and pinterest. If you did not get there any info then your last option will be search a tool for finding related images and try it.
