Why am I having issue receiving notifications from my friend in Brazil? - Scott S - 12-18-2013 08:06 AM
I'm experiencing an issue when sending and receiving messages. But only with one friend who happens to live in Brazil.. She says she has the same issue as well. The issue has now spread to not getting notifications from comments and such as well.
When receiving her messages I will not get a notification and the chat window doesn't pop up.. I only see her message when I reload the browser page.. Also it will appear on my mobile device, and iPad.. I don't know what the issue could be.. Maybe something having to do with the internet communication between our two countries after the NSA was caught tapping into Brazilian information.
My browser is Google Chrome if that helps.. But if must be the fact that we're in different countries.

[Edit 1] I've checked out all privacy and notification settings and everything looks fine. Alos, I've already reported the issue to facebook with no prevail. Only received a short message saying they can't respond to every issue..

you can change your privacy settings. from that you will get a pop-up message and also it will show in notifications.

That Mite Be a Technical Problem With Facebook Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Report the Problem To Them
