i got yahoo yesterday and have already answered 20 questions but everytime i try to comment on someone else question it wont let me why?

You are on level 1. Level 1 doesn't allow you answer more than 20 questions a day.
Once you reach level 2, it will be easier. You can answer a lot more questions

Most Likely you Have Reached the Limit Once you Reach The Limit it Wont Let you Do Anything On the Question
