in other words i would like to know if all my communications online is private and protected by law , for example i would like ot know if my communications on yahoo messenger is private , and if it is protected as private communication , the reason i ask is i suspect my boss has been into my communication on yahoo messenger or maybe employees of my boss ..

No typically but in some cases yes. When it's encrypted. I haven't seen anyone breaking into PayPal lately.

Whatever the mode of conversation that you are using, it can be skype, messenger. They have there own Privacy Policy, most of the time we just skip it, but in your case just go through it. But in any case, this information will not be leaked, like what you are doing on Messenger. It can be retrieved by your Yahoo mail, but not without password, so make sure you are secure in that way.
