Why can't I upload pictures to Facebook? - pacific - 12-18-2013 06:26 PM
I'm trying to upload an album of about 30 pictures that I took on a trip to Facebook, but something wonky is happening.
The screen will say "Uploading, 0/30 uploaded, 11 minutes remaining", but it just sits there and nothing happens. I retried uploading the album several times. The last time I tried, I let it sit there for a whole hour, and nothing happened.
Finally, I tried uploading each picture separately, one at a time, but those wouldn't upload either.
I checked FAQ, and nothing there applies to my problem. I uploaded an album of about 40 photos just fine, without any problems a few days ago, too.
Anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it?

Try to power cycle (turn off and on) your computer, router and modem. Clear your internet cache by opening your browser and pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete. See if that helps.

Nothing that you can do, it just happened & go.
As your access to your account is somehow 'fragile' (you can be locked out of FB, hacked etc), I recommend though that you upload your pic to eg. Picasa, Dropbox or any other many out there, it's safer, you can link that to your FB in an easy way without giving any control to that other safe-box.

It could be that you have a slow internet connection or your photos are too big for upload, try to upload it atleast one by one to see the diff.

I can't upload any pictures either. It's definitely on facebooks end, not yours.
