Open Facebook account settings at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=account§ion=email&view
and change email address

if it's not letting you log in, that means facebook suspended your account for some reason, like creating more than one account, lying about your age or name, adding people you dont know in real life, or trying to advertise something without permission
