I want not my facebook friends know which websites are my favorite ones. Then what I should do?

Not share them on Facebook, or do anything related to them on Facebook, such as liking the Facebook pages of those websites.
Facebook does not actively archive the websites that you go to unless you allow it to.

Dont Share the Sites on Facebook If you Dont Want your Friends to Know Which Sites are your Favorites
