so i really want someones @ name on twitter but its a saved account so how can i suspend the user so i can have the username???¿?

You cant suspend someone only twitter can. Im actually suspended now -_-. Even if they are suspended it remains there @ name. The only way possible for you to get it is if they deactivate there account or change there name.
