I use Facebook mobile a lot, so if I am browsing my news feed will my friends see me with cell phone icon or with the green dot?

Yes,but not when youre online.. When youre offline they see that you have a facebook mobile.. when you chat with someone thereis "send from mobile" well.. i think thats well written :v xD
Here in Perú it says "Enviado desde móvil"
