No. After you deactivate tour Facebook account, none can see you on Facebook at all.

Yes only if you have created your facebook account with your mobile number only.

If u deactivate your facebook account,noone can see you and find you in facebook that means no messages to facebook but they can send u email and messages to your email address that u had used to create your facebook account...
