Im not sure whether i've been blocked or the person just deleted her acc. Now when i search for her name ,nothing comes up.so, will creating a new acc help me find her again if she has indeed block me?

If she blocked you, it should say "Facebook user" with a blank picture. You know, the gray one with the white silhouette looking person, similar to the icons on here.

yes, it only happens when the other person blocks you.

No, Facebook knows what future aliases you will use and new accounts and they're primed and ready to block you from that girl. They're omniscient.

If someone has blocked you, creating a new account will allow you to find out if the person has blocked you or not by simply just searching their name. Lol

Creating a 2nd Account is Not Allowed According to Facebook's Terms of Service Ask one of your Friends to Look them Up If They Can Look them Up Than you Been Blocked If They Cant Look The Person Up Either Than They Deleted or Deactivated There Account
if They Did Block you Move on
