Alright I just added my crush on facebook. We're in the same class but we've never talked to eachother. Got a bit of convo with her but she won't really pay attention very often. How can I at least get her to be my FRIEND?

Ask her about homework but not all the time, just to get into a convo, bring up things that happened in class sometimes, ask her how she's finding the class and stuff.

if shes not paying any attention to you after you making effort, then shes not worth it brother, the best you can do IS do what shes doing to you, ignore her and when she says "hey" in the hallway, look at her and do an 'uninterested' smile like a half smile sorta thing and i tell you son, she go down faster than a thai hooker
