I don t want strangers to find or see my profile i want myself to add the person i want .I don t want to be found with the email address,number or by name...so how i block the rest of the public ?

block isnt really the right term to be using

disable the public search then public cant search you in Facebook.
Go to your privacy setting , you would see an option "who can send you friend request" change the audience of that option to friend of friends. Then public wont see friend button on your profile.
