Blocking works I know. My problem is there's a person who 'm sure have not blocked me cause I can see that person's comments, like them and even FB shows him in suggested friends. BUT WHEN I OPEN HIS PROFILE I REACH AN ERROR PAGE, ALWAYS. May I know why is this happening?

i don't think so, its the privacy setting for people in general, not just a specific person, report or block works fine for me. good luck
